"Actually good online classes"
I tried these online classes and they actually worked well for me. Nothing too complicated, and I was able to follow along without any issues.

"Quick replies, thankfully"
I’m tired of chasing support teams around these days, so it was a relief that the admin got back to me quickly. I got the answers I needed without much back-and-forth, and there weren’t any real issues.

"Student services were fine, but more stressful than expected"
Student services helped me out a couple of times, so I can’t say they were bad. But the slow replies and getting passed from one office to another added way more stress than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just frustrating when I needed simple answers.

"apu has always felt safe to me, and..."
apu has always felt safe to me, and I think a lot of students would probably say the same. Security is around often enough that you notice it, and the lighting at night is decent, which makes a difference when you’re walking back from class or an event. I’ve never really felt uneasy getting around campus. It just has a calm, looked-after feel that I really appreciate.
"Classes were actually solid"
The professors really seem to know their stuff, and I ended up learning a lot more than I expected. Overall, it was a smooth experience from start to finish...

"The tuition felt fair for..."
The tuition felt fair for what I got out of it. The classes were solid and the support was helpful whenever I needed it. I didn’t feel like I was overpaying compared to some other schools I looked at, so overall it felt like a good deal to me.
"Whenever I needed help, the faculty were..."
Whenever I needed help, the faculty were there for me. It felt like they actually cared about whether I understood things and got through the semester, which I feel like makes a big difference, right?

"Challenging but fair overall"
The classes definitely weren’t a breeze — there was a lot of reading and something due pretty much every week. A few professors graded tougher than I expected, but it did keep me from falling behind. My only real complaint is that the deadlines could’ve been spread out a little better sometimes
"Felt spiritually at home on campus"
Azusa Pacific University had a spiritual atmosphere that felt familiar in a comforting way, kind of like the faith community I grew up around. Chapel and prayer were just part of campus life, and most of the time it didn’t feel overly pressured or fake. I appreciated being around people who were open about their faith because it helped me feel more grounded while I was there. It’s definitely not perfect, and there were moments where it felt like a little too much, but overall it was a really positive environment for me...

"Helpful career support, but the cost still stings"
I did end up getting a job after graduation, and I’ll give the career office credit because they were actually helpful. That said, the tuition felt really high the whole time, and it’s hard not to focus on that. Even with the decent outcome, I’m still not totally sure the price was worth it.

"Financial aid actually made things doable"
I was kind of stressed about how I was going to pay for school, but the financial aid office at APU was helpful. They walked me through what I needed to do and got back to me faster than I expected. My aid package didn’t solve everything, but it made school feel a lot more possible.

"Career help was kinda just okay"
I got some career prep out of it, which was helpful, but it didn't feel like enough. I was hoping for a bit more guidance or support, so overall it was just okay for me.

"Pretty decent, but could feel more balanced"
It’s decent overall, I guess. The diversity is there, which I appreciate, but... I don’t know, sometimes it still feels a little uneven. Like it’s trying, but not always in a way that feels fully balanced or inclusive.

"Good dorms, but the food got old"
I lived on campus this year, and overall it was a good experience. The dorms were clean enough and I felt safe, so that made it easy to settle in. The dining options were decent at first, but because the meals started to feel repetitive after a while, I got tired of eating there all the time. Still, I’m happy with my experience overall.

"Welcoming campus with a good vibe"
I’ve had a good experience at APU overall. Most people are genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the campus feel welcoming. It’s not too hard to find your people, though there are definitely a few groups that can feel a little closed off at first. Still, the community vibe is really solid, and I’ve appreciated how kind most everyone has been.
